Not from the grave... Kim Bauer's daughter is in the first 2 episodes of next season.

According to the casting notice for the first episode of 24 Season 8:

[TERI] Caucasian, a small 6 year old (twins would be great) to play 3-4 years old. Blonde or fair,
she is Kim Bauerís daughter (Elisha Cuthbert)...Will be in two episodes. Teri has a good amount
of dialogue.
